Julia Griffin is the Managing Escrow Officer and supervises the day-to-day operations at First Rate Title headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Julia graduated with a bachelors from the University of Central Oklahoma and has been helping clients with all of their escrow needs for almost 19 years. There isn’t an escrow challenge too big or too small when you’re working with Julia. She loves to provide her buyers, sellers and agents access to quickly and smoothly close loans for any of the 77 counties in the state of Oklahoma.

Julia is originally from England and moved from across the pond to Oklahoma as a young girl. When she’s not at the Automobile Alley First Rate Title office you can find her cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder or the Oklahoma Sooners with her husband Rogge, son Tre and daughter Kendal.

Anthony Grove has been in real estate for 20 years. He has worked in various facets of the industry. In his early career, Anthony was involved in mortgage lending, where he obtained his broker’s license from the State of Oklahoma. In 2012, he transitioned into a new role as the Chief of Operations for a residential home-building company. Anthony later acquired his real estate license, buying and selling real estate. Most recently he started doing notary closings for a title company. He understands the importance of relationship building, and the needs of home buyers, home sellers, real estate agents, lenders and home builders.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three girls. Anthony also enjoys coaching his daughters’ soccer teams.  In addition, he serves on the board of a nonprofit foundation for education, and serves as a youth leader at his church.
